Horrible response from maintenance department at Fairway Ridge Apts/Townhomes,W Forest Park Ave. Once we moved in two sinks leaked. Shortly after they were repaired one started to leak again and was repaired by the maintenance crew with duct tape. Now our stove does not work. The leasing office said that’s an emergency issue. After several calls and an alleged visit from the emergency crew, nobody has stopped by to check if there is safety issues , let alone repair the stove. No stove top for seven days. That and two water main breaks
, which appeared to be on the property.

Rented from them back In 2012 and they are still coming at me for rent on a apt they rented out after I left which is illegal. I left because my pips burst 2 times same day and they had someone come and pull up the carpet and that was it. When I called the guy after 2days my floor bare straight cement he told me that the management company said I had to pay for the carpet to be replaced like the pipes bursting was my fault. Also til this day there property aren't safe they had 2murders and several break ins at there property James town. Till this day I have never rented from them since this was my first apartment and it taught me to research, and try dealing with private first because management companies are for the money not the people they get it from.ill upload photos yes I still have them from 2012 it's funny how Google works.if I would have known better I would have gotten a lawyer and sued the living conditions they accepted me and my family to live in because they were being negligent.

Renting with Atlantic Realty Management has been an experience to say the least. Early on in the rental we suffered mold in the townhome due to a water leak which occurred in the utility closet which we didn’t even have the key for. Upon multiple maintenance requests, many emails and calls to management nothing was done for 2+ months that is until we threatened to contact the health department and withhold rent. The mold was in some of the kitchen cabinets which were removed but the water leak remained and was not repaired for another month. There are many more problems than this one but largely management does not respond and maintenance does not do anything.
