Be vary careful before you sign with Wendy. When my senior father was moving out of state, Wendy promised to take care of everything. But once we signed with her, she was reluctant to take care of anything other than list the house. She had originally said she would coordinate the cleaning, repairs, contractors, etc. She did not. She rarely responded to questions and instead had one of her office staff return calls and emails. She was off the radar most of the time. And after the close of escrow...well you better hope you don't have lingering questions because they may never get answered. Proceed with caution.
