This is a DO NOT USE situation. After 7 months and paying extra for expidited service, I only had a floorplan and rough elevations that needed re-work. The detached addition placement had it extending into a wash easement all that time, and now needed some re-work to make it fit right. After 7 months I should have had the building permit. I had to cut my losses and go with another firm.
