I had arizona surveying come out to my land and establish my land monument markers and also stake out one half mile of my land so i could have a crew come in and accurately put my fencing on my property line.Levi the crew chief came out on time to meet me and answered all my questions and concerns about the work he was going to do. Excellent job to Levi and John Scott who set up with me the work that was done and of course John Luckow (the owner) who answered all my questions before the work was begun. Great Job Guys!!

Still no reply after weeks.

Update.
Finally, they replied to my email after almost 4 months (from August and it is November 19th now) and never replied to my phone messages. Their reply was that they found my email after seeing this review above. They asked me to remove my review in another email following the one below, and they can do a survey in 2 1/2 months from now. I already had another company do all the needed work. For 2k+ a day, you can afford an employee to respond to inquiries. Stop being greedy and hire help. You are a service company with no products and low overhead according to the professional company I used. They responded right away and got the job done after a few weeks on the waiting list. Learn from your mistakes instead of asking the bad reviews to be removed using sad stories, small company, shortage of survey companies, etc.; that I didn't fall for. I noticed several other bad reviews are now gone? If you don't change, more will replace those. Put your energy into improving your customer service instead of wasting time trying to hide your mistakes. I owned several small companies and worked 7 days a week with little sleep to have and keep great customer service. People today want to have their own company but don't want to put in the work or hours required for success.
