This is in review of the modification policy. All the campsites and I’ve stayed at and hiking trails were beautiful.
So I wanted to change again my reservation today (it was the third time) because AZ weather is unpredictable and I wasn’t going to camp in 95 degree weather in a tent (still April). The online site says to call after two changes it needs to be done over the phone. That was fun finding the phone number also?
After waiting 20 minutes for an agent I’m told it can’t be done. Why not just post that as the policy online instead of wasting peoples time? Also the agent was rude/dismissive and needs some quality up training.
