It would have been nice to have been made aware of the mandate that only allows you to submit 9 hours of continuing education courses within the same calendar day. I completed all 24 hours of my courses on time, but because I took 12 hours on the day before my license expiration date the system would not accept all of the course hours before midnight and due to this technicality my license has now been terminated. Maybe add that little piece of information to your portal where it discusses the information for renewing your license so other people don’t get screwed over like myself. I have had my license for 7 years and never once heard of this mandate.

April and Michelle at the front desk have been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. As a managing broker, every time I deal with the department of real estate they are extremely quick to respond and easy to work with. Not at all what you would think when dealing with a government agency.

As government agencies go this one by far rates the highest in my book. The customer service rep assisting me with my real estate application was very helpful. Anne not only answered my questions, but she also reviewed all my documents for deficiencies. She walked me through the process very well and made sure I was comfortable with her instructions.

What a useless organization. No wonder there are so many awful Realtors. This group protects its own. Don't bother with a complaint. You are just wasting your time.

This place has some really good instructors! Tony C and Randy H are a few of my favorites! Randy teaches a workshop that’s really, really helpful! I took the workshop last night! I’ll be taking it again before I take the state exam in January! Do not take the state exam without going to Randy’s workshop!!

Just about as useless as the industry it represents. And I mean represents. You present a good case against a realtor, and they rule for Industry. Hmmmm! A couple of commenters below said the same thing. I think we have a problem. Best solution is to get rid of the realtor business model and this agency goes away too. Two birds with one stone. No one needs a realtor. Bad realtors are not held accountable.

I was amazed at the customer service provided at this office. I was treated with respect and was given sound advice on what paperwork I needed to turn in. Ann in particular was so easy to work with. She went above and beyond to help me with my application. Please giver her a raise! She deserves it!
