The team at Arcon are incredibly competent structural engineers led by Hernan Montoya. I'm a P.E. and have used them for three decades on all kinds of projects - residential, commercial, and industrial - and they are licensed in multiple states. I'm not sure if they take on new clients since they are fully booked with existing clients. Great structural engineers like Arcon are difficult to find - but they are worth the wait if you can get them.

I'm a Realtor, and I just tried to call to ask if they could help with a foundation certification needed on one of the deals we're working on. As soon as I said, "Hi, I'm Caleb Hanson with Keller Williams Realty," whoever answered my call cut me off, said "not interested," and hung up. I definitely wouldn't recommend working with someone who has that kind of attitude.
