Heather was an excellent architect for me. She helped me handle the whole process of removing a kitchen wall. The plans went through the city smoothly and the paperwork was very thorough- in fact the new buyer's inspector tried to get a credit from me but the paperwork was so thorough they were left with nothing to ask for!
