Was chased by one of the workers in a dark truck with the white company logo, an older model, perhaps a Ford? This occurred on 9/30/2024 @ or around 1000. The worker/driver chased me like I was a criminal! The worker/driver was traveling NB on 42nd Ave but was stopped at the red light. I was traveling SB on 42nd Ave and got the green arrow, so I continued to turn left heading EB on Bell, since I had the right of way to all lanes, per Arizona driving law.

The worker driving the dark truck illegally pulled in front of me while I was turning at a green arrow then they were next to me. Accident causer!! No wonder why there are so many accidents here! People need to learn the laws when they move! The worker/driver was then driving next to me on EB Bell. The driver immediately got behind me and would not get off my tail, no matter what I would do. I am surprised a cop didn’t pull us over! I ended up getting up to ~80 MPH in an attempt to lose the driver. It was at the underpass of I-17 where I hit ~80 MPH and the driver was behind me! The driver would not leave me alone! The driver was still chasing me! I finally lost the driver on 21st Ave. It was like I was in a high-speed chase with this driver, but I didn’t do anything wrong. The driver had me visibly shaking for almost an hour. The phones were down due to a nationwide outage, so instead of calling cops I headed for a police station, but I fortunately lost the driver. Anyone with footage, or knows who this is, we gotta try to figure out how to share.

The person was driving erratically, as was I, but why?! I just wanted to go to work, peacefully! Not have some jerk with a death wish ruining my morning! The driver was scaring me so bad that Fight or Flight took over, armed ready to go. What was the driver’s end goal if they encountered me? That driver, and/or passengers, could’ve lost their lives today, and many others, for stupidity, by putting mine and everyone else around us lives in danger because the driver cut me off, but proceeded to bully me. Guess the worker(s) are Darwin Award nominee(s). This is a gun toting state, and I proudly carry, several.

Think long and hard about hiring this company. If they let their drivers drive like that where they don’t mind cutting people off then chasing them for no reason, putting innocent folks lives at danger with no end goal whatsoever, then what kind of worker(s) are they? Really? Criminal past of harassing? DV? Criminal records period! And a crappy job from what I’ve heard. Hire a professional, not someone cheap!

Completely lackluster, full of promises that can never be met, big talk with a false sense of grandeur. Meanwhile you can watch them cut corners, make excuses, and prove they do not know what they're doing. When you pay for this company to build for you, you're paying for a lack of knowledge, diligence, integrity, as well as all the lies.

Feel free to conclude your own opinion, in mine I look at their website to see what buildings I would never set foot in for fear of my safety.

Updating review in context of management response. Employee parking company equipment in a clearly designated parking spot is absolutely an issue of professionalism and appropriate to document.

Potential clients can read and determine whether they consider this relevant, I would want to know if a contractor either can't read signs or doesn't care to follow instructions.

Original review:

Integrity is what you do when you think no one is watching.

Parked gas truck in clearly labeled EV charging spot overnight on July 19, 2022 in Indio, CA.

No way of knowing if this contactor is inconsiderate or unaware. There were plenty of open parking spaces in the lot, within 20 ft of this spot, including 2 spaces over. I couldn't charge overnight as planned because this truck. The open space next to it is handicap, so in fairness at least the driver was willing to walk 1 more space to respect well labeled parking spot.

I wouldn't hire a contractor that is either completely unaware of surroundings and doesn't pay attention to clear signs OR is intentionally inconsiderate of others & couldn't be bothered to park 2 spots further from the door so that EVs can use equipment that is obvious to see at a spot that was clearly labeled.

Contractors park wherever they want even if it's on the actual jobs items itself. Ie. 7th ave and loop 101 apartments. They park in the retail store parking lot eating up limited space for parking and getting gas making it a nightmare for others to conduct business. Not that much needs to go to fix the issue have you contractors park on their jobsite. River Rock parking lots work.

Looked them up online to see you what was getting built in our area. Based off the website it looks like they do very good work on all their projects.
