April is the REAL-DEAL, the “BEST” Realtor I have ever worked with. Mind you, I am a service member stationed in Korea for a few years and I haven’t seen or set foot on the property in years. She made the impossible possible, she was my eyes and ears and did all the work while I sat comfortably across the world stress/worry-free. Not knowing any realtor in the area, I stumbled upon her through her social media marketing. From our first interaction, I was amazed at her professionalism, ease of communication, and world-class customer service. The ONLY hard part of the process was moving out of the best family tenant I’ve ever come across. April empathically understood me and ensure to treat the family with compassion and provided accommodating options to include her free or charged services. As a seller, we focus on two important pieces of information (1) the Selling Price of the house and (2) How fast can we sell the house? With April’s experience, she was able to easily foresee and provided me with a timeline. Of course, behind her is her amazing team and her networking skills. The process was very smooth and fluid, and never skipped a beat because she was able to react immediately to any problems with the house. Water sink leaking? Fixed. Need new smoke detectors? Fixed. Need the house cleaned for next week’s showing. Done! Need a photographer to take pictures of the bare house. Done! The water bill is overdue and needs payment! Done! April also streamlined the legal documents and ensure it’s understandable and I acknowledge every bit of it. Overall, April was amazing, and my only complaint is I wished I had more houses to sell as she truly made the process sooo easy.

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with April!
