James went out of his way to be very thorough and super precise in his surveying. Answered every question my wife and I asked before and during the survey. When finished James came to our house and laid out the map, explaining everything to our satisfaction. I highly recommend James and Applied Land Solutions.

James came out right away and performed a residential survey for us. He was recommended by professional colleagues in the surveying field. Our area is difficult to survey and different, inconsistent approaches have been taken by other surveyors in the past. Some won't survey our area because it is not easy.
But James took on the task. He spent several days doing research and contacting other professionals to pick their brains in addition to spending several days in the field to fully understand and document things for us. James is a great communicator, coordinator and problem solver. We think his work was first rate and would recommend him to anyone who want high quality work done...Brent Dills

I truly appreciate James. He is absolutely amazing! With 30 plus years of experience he knows surveying. He uses top professional GPS equipment thus every one of his measurements were spot on and he was happy to explain everything. He went out of his way on short notice to do the job and also crushed all other bids. Add the fact that he is the nicest and most caring person! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. There are four new homes with backyards side by side and James made sure all of their property stakes were also correct. He took extra time shoveling out markers on neighboring properties the developers had buried, verified with GPS, and installed new stakes. Thank You, Thank You! My neighbors also thank you! James is the BEST!

We are so grateful for James. We had questions about 3 sides of our property. He's very knowledgable and was glad to explain things in detail. He cleaned up our property boundaries and helped us make wise decisions. His work is accurate. His final survey was easy to read with more detail than previous surveys of our property. We highly recommend him.

James was incredible to work with and so helpful. We were getting our land surveyed to put a fence in and wanted to make sure everything was right on property lines between neighbors before doing so and he helped us figure out everything we needed. I’d highly highly recommend him. He has over 30 years experience doing it as well - he was really efficient and very helpful.
