I purchased a house and needed my boundary lines staked for the purpose of building a fence and for identifying the limits of the septic drainage field for future projects. The company showed up when they said they would and did a very professional job. The lead surveyor, Craig, and his assistant were great. Their fee was more than fair. I highly recommend them. If you’re buying a new house, don’t waste your money on the “location survey“ service offered by the settlement company. A location survey is only accurate to within a few feet and cannot be used to establish boundaries. Hire an independent company like Apex to come out and do it properly.

Working with Matt to get my property's boundary survey was a great experience. The team was polite and friendly and were happy to put down any extra markers along the long sides of the property. Our extra lot was quite difficult to survey but Matt and his team really went the extra mile to ensure that the boundary drawing and property lines were accurate. I would highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again for any future surveying needs! Thank you Apex!
