The WORST AND MOST CARELESS BUNCH! READ YOUR LEASE GOOD!! Before you sign! They Take All Your rights away! And privacy omg- they come right into your apartment like your nothing! And have no respect for their tenants and Oh I believe all these reviews are FACTS!! Their laundry room is old ,run down and I was terrified to drop anything on the floor and there’s fleas,roaches and rats! And NO Hotwater for your clothes ..I’ve reported countless times for months about their wide open lobby and random ppl just show up leaving ashes and put burnt cigarettes and joints out on the carpet and they leave trash and drugs all over the Mailboxes!!! And since I complained so many times they sent me a letter informing me they not offering a lease
re-Newal -lmfao! Like I’d want to stay renting from these trashy bunch! I moved to a very clean neighborhood and they don’t put up with any of the trash and they care there! And everything is like new! And btw all that smoking in their wide open lobbies it’s seeps right into your apartment! You won’t see the wide crack around your main door until After it’s dark out! Complain and demand to them they will manipulate you and paint YOU the bad person for caring about their dumpy apartment being trashed and smoked up by ppl that don’t even live there!! And when I bring my 9 year old daughters here do you know how I feel with them walking through ALL THAT SMOKE!?!? And they ask daddy what’s that smell -OMG!!!! I t made me wanna go ballistic!!! And Apartment services DO-NOT CARE AT ALL!!!!! It’s all about money and control over YOU!! DO-NOT FALL FOR THOSE Nice friendly people in the office because after you sign that lease they OWN YOU!!! And THEY DO-NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!! They point blank even said this to me!! Nor do they care about YOUR PRIVACY!!! Nor your concerns and complaints! And unhealthy way of living in their dump! I’ve saw low class trashy trailer parks ran better than woodsdale apartments is ran!!

This company has to be the worse in the USA- my mom has been living in Liberty Garden apts for 14years she is lives in the building were the actual leasing office is located she has mice in her apartment horrible she is getting older and doesn’t like to address her concerns I have to be here voice at this time the bathroom in here apartment constantly overflow completely unusable faces pouring all of the floor when calling emergency services X3 in one night there was never a response from anyone my mom has problem after problem her car was broken into right in front of her door it’s just deplorable living conditions trust at this time I’m in the process of getting my mom out of the dump please don’t waste your money also, not to mention there full of SECTION-8 housing and it’s very clear by the appearance of the property DO NOT DO IT STIR CLEAR!!!

Management at Colony Hill went from tolerable to horrendous. Bedbugs, washers and dryers never work, they don't abide by their own lease, and office staff is incredibly rude. Don't answer their phones or reply to emails.
For renters this is our HOME, and we have to live with whatever mess management gets to walk away from at the end of the day. There is obviously no pride in their job, just a paycheck.

My Experience with Windsor House and Apartment Services. Upon moving into my unit as part of the move-in process I was given a move in check list to complete. After completing and submitting the check list nothing was address in my unit. Maintenance staff would respond with "nothing wrong" and close the ticket. As a resident if you have any grievances Windsor House "Property Manager" is never accessible. I was literally told it would take about a week to speak with them. I no longer want to be a resident of your this community. When asking for a written copy of their policies you will be told that there isn't one. I just want to buy out of my current lease I gave notice in February of my intentions of buying out the lease and was told IN APRIL "I cannot because I didn't give 30 days notice" which makes no sense. I'm not sure if I'm getting treated this horribly because I'm employed by a competing company or what but my entire experience with this community and management company has been terrible from the start. be wary!

Worse regional property manager goes to Laura Coynes. I don’t know why she still had a job. I can careless how long you’ve been with the company you aren’t an asset you are a liability. How dare you try and reach out to my therapist and ask if I have mental or physical health issues?

Don’t move to Paintersmill Apartment. Similar to other reviews. Mold, rodents, crime, violence neighbors, unprofessional leasing staff, and property managers. Their actually listed on Baltimore County code enforcement website as well. Refuses to make repairs and when you complain to government and local agencies they retaliate against you by giving you a non renewal notice which is illegal.

They also put false fees on your ledger and demand that you have to pay!

DO NOT move into any of their properties! I’m currently residing in Liberty Garden apartment… the management is non responsive to your needs/concerns. We have a new property manager and she’s less responsive as the other. I have an unresolved pest/rodent issue. I’ve been dealing with this since November. I’ve put in 5 tickets since then. I noticed they’ve changed my “Category” so it doesn’t say pest control twice. I’ve sent 3 emails for my most recent rodent issue… no response from the office. Maintenance did come and dispose of a dead mouse under my stove yesterday, but I found droppings AGAIN this morning. The mouse was on a sticky pad that I PURCHASED and put down. Again, this morning I emailed the office, I’ve heard NOTHING so far. They went up almost $100 on the rent and I still get the same terrible service, and a few mice to go with it.
I’ve lived in Arbuta Arms as well. I will say the management team was more responsive, and took action, but I still had rodent issues. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

These people will ALWAYS find something to keep your security deposit. I lived at The Brittany back in 2011-2013 and upon ,moving out they charged me to replace the carpet stating it was dirty, worn and needed to be replaced. My husband went on and paid the fee since we moved in on a special with little security deposit and I didn't have time to argue with them. They charged me around $800. Fast forward to 2018, I moved back to the Brittany for the convenience of the subway being right there. I stayed at the Brittany for 6 months and decided to buy another house so we paid almost $3K for the early termination expecting the return of a full security deposit refund. Well, we only received about $350 of a $1500 deposit because we were charged AGAIN for the carpet, $1062.26 to be exact and was told that an outside company comes and assess the carpet to see if it can be cleaned or needs to be replaced, but they don't even try to clean it. So I need to know how can you tell if it can be cleaned or not if it they don't even try? I am convinced that what they do is replace the carpet each time someone moves out, no matter the condition and we the previous tenants pay for it. That carpet was not heavily soiled and matted throughout because we always took our shoes off. It's just cheap carpet that they probably pay little to nothing for and make a profit by charging tenants.

I no longer live at one of their properties, THANK GOODNESS!! I wish I had checked the reviews for both the company and the property before I made the decision to live @ Woodsdale Apt. in Abingdon. MD. I will be adding onto my reviews for both since I don't want to have the time and the people checking reviews won't have a lot of time to read a mini novel.

I will start with, when you first look at the property you are interested in, they come off being friendly, nice and accommodating. They are exceptional sales people!

My first post will be about the lack of care/understanding let alone empathy of a person with a disability. There is a spot for each person that produces their State Placard with the paperwork. They will place a pole with a PLAIN handicap sign. If a guest comes to visit for a day or more, you lost YOUR spot till they are gone. If it is anything like where I lived, depending on the time of day you could be parking a distance away. And like me, that is a problem. They would not put in one more handicapped spot for the possibility of a visitor with a disability. They do not assign handicap spots. I have worked for property management before and there are/is things that can be placed on the pole to guarantee your spot as well as "1" extra spot for a handicapped visitor.

I had called the county about this problem. It was explained that Woodsdale is PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY, there wasn't much they could do. They said they could be a mediator to help resolve the problem.
