Anthos at Lexington place was a wonderful first apartment for me and my family. The office staff is very prompt as well as the maintenance crew. Thank you Lexington place for making our apartment a wonderful place to live.

Moving into the apartment was a straightforward process, made even better by the management and maintenance teams, who have been phenomenal. They respond promptly to any messages or concerns I've had. For example, maintenance responded within 24 hours to a dishwasher problem and put the washroom door back up within 5 minutes after I had to remove it to install a washer and dryer.

The apartment itself is super nice. I highly recommend getting the sunroom if you want a little extra space and don't plan to use a porch. They have a pool,playground, 2 dog parks, and its all well lit at night! Additionally, the management was very accommodating when I realized I needed a garage after initially not asking for one. They promptly arranged one for me.

The move-in specials were fantastic, offering us one month free and a garage free for six months. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent management, responsive maintenance, and great amenities.

I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex (resort😉). Anthos at Lexington and their staff are top tier , not only did they get us moved in Super fast, but also remodeled the whole apartment in that time, answered any and all questions and made us feel like we were moving into the family!
Melanie was the our main agent, who went above and beyond, very knowledgeable of any situation and the property! Casey was also very helpful on the days my agent was off work , she quickly assisted in showing me all the information I needed and answering any questions ! And if all else fails, Marsha is the go to for anything, she nipped issues down quick, had quick precise answers for me! I’m a stickler for a good buying experience, especially the place where I lay my head at night. This community makes you feel like your home and the amenities make it feel like your at a vacation resort !!!!!!😎🙌🙌👏👏👏

I lived here for 18 months and it was the best apartment complex ever. It was clean, you always felt safe, and maintenance was very helpful.

I would love to live here again in the near future if I ever came back to middle Georgia. This place really felt like home, and I am so grateful to have been able to find such a wonderful place to spend 18 months of my life.

The staff were always helpful, and answered all questions or concerns.

I have been living here for almost 1 year. I moved here from South Carolina with my husband. After 4 months here I tried to leave my apartment to go to a smaller one. I asked this after having to call the police on my abusive husband after asking him to leave. I explained this to them in person. I was denied help. I was toldi needed to pay $1600 for an early release of lease. I didn't want to leave I asked for a cheaper unit so I could afford to leave him. So I would have to pay an extra months rent as a stay at home mother with 2 small kids. Plus I would need HIS permission to do it if I could pay. So I was stuck living with him until he left. They refused again to take his name off the lease due to me not having pay stubs yet. They then continued to give my abusive husband information on me. I then asked for help due to him leaving us with nothing. I was give less than 24 hours before I was told they were starting the eviction process. After this they then asked for my special skills to help improve their community. Now they are starting the eviction process again at noon today because I can't afford the apartment I asked them to help me change. This place looks great but don't ever have an unexpected life crisis. They refused to help an abuse victim leave so she could continue to pay them. They informed him about her. Then asks for help to improve their image. If they would have helped me instead of being greedy I would have been able to stay up to date.

We lived at Lexington place apartments, the customer service is amazing! The office staff is extremely helpful in any questions that we had. If we didn’t buy a house we would still live there! Definitely recommend!!!

Update—- sooo we have moved back!!!! We moved back to the place we Love!!! Lexington has been nothing but amazing to us!!! Staff, apt, amenities ect.. I highly recommend Lexington place!!!! We will be here for years to come!!!!

This apartment was perfect for me I stayed on the first floor I barely hear my upstairs neighbors. I love the patio its bigger than I expected and yet still has a relatively private feel. All my kitchen appliances work perfectly they're not super new but they have been well maintained. The staff was very helpful when applying and was willing to work with me on my unique situation. I can't wait to check out the pool this summer!
