What I look for in a real estate agent is someone who listens to you on what you want in a house, gives you insights on the homes/areas you tour, answers their phone anytime you have a question, fights for you when you submit an offer, and negotiates to get your offer accepted. Anthony checked all those boxes.

Anthony is very knowledgable of the SD area and was very patient with us as we started touring homes. After looking at multiple homes, Anthony started recommending homes to us based off what we liked/disliked. We toured a handful of houses and Anthony made himself available and worked around our schedule. He provided his insights which helped us decide on whether we would submit an offer. After a few offers that weren't selected, we weren't discouraged. Anthony went above and beyond to bat for us and we finally landed the house of our dreams. We toured the house one night, put in the offer an hour later and Anthony got the seller to accept the following morning and the rest was history. He was there 100% of the way as we went into escrow.

Anthony is very professional and also personable so have a chat with him. Trust me; you'll want him in your corner as you go compete against the other buyers and agents out there. We wouldn't have closed on the house without Anthony and we appreciate all that he did for us!

I can't speak highly enough of Anthony. We met him nearly two years ago when we first started going to open houses. We weren't seriously looking at the time, but we wanted to see what was out on the market. He was the real estate agent at one of the showings and he made a good first impression on us, so we decided to keep his contact information. Next thing you know it's 2020 and we were ready to start looking again. Something about Anthony really stood out to us so we decided to reach out again. Maybe it's his sense of professionalism or the fact that he's a genuinely honest real estate agent. It could also be that he has an adorable Frenchie as a sidekick, but that's besides the point. We were convinced that we would find a nice craftsman house in the Normal Heights/University Heights area that we never entertained the idea of expanding our search. Once we made a trip over to Allied Gardens to do some exploring, we instantaneously understood why he had recommended it.

I texted Anthony as soon as I saw the house listed in Allied Gardens and he quickly worked his magic. He was able to get us in to see the home just two hours later, near the tail end of the open house. He mentioned that there was a lot of interest in the house per the seller's agent and that the sellers were going to start entertaining offers the following day. We had a long chat that night and he helped us arrive at an offer that we felt comfortable with. It turns out there were a total of 17 offers, including a counter-offer on our end! Mind-blowing, right? I know! We had so many questions and scenarios played out that Anthony patiently addressed. Anthony's confidence in his negotiation skills were put to the test and he showed us why we put so much trust behind him.

As soon as we got our offer accepted, Anthony put in even more work. He was very clear about our timelines and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. He communicated with us every step of the way. The home buying process can be so overwhelming, but Anthony ensured that every transaction went as smoothly as possible. We were on vacation for nearly two weeks during escrow and he still managed to get things done. We will forever be grateful for Anthony's incessant hard work. Not only did we find our first home, but we managed to find a friend along the way. We've never been more happy to be able to call our place home!

Tony helped my husband and I buy our first home in 2019. We were high-maintenance and picky clients that had probably seen dozens of houses before we came to him, and whenever we found a listing we liked, even if it was pending, we would bother him constantly about how soon we could see the place. Tony always came through for us and, when we found our favorite home, even helped us cover closing costs and some window upgrades as part of the house purchase.
