Always a pleasure to work with, the A&R team goes above and beyond! They make sure every detail is perfect, are great communicators and consistently deliver a beautiful project. We recently brought them in after we designed a project, in sourcing a few of the materials there were some long lead times, A&R was able to provide us with comparable substitutions that kept the client on budget and on schedule. We are new to Lexington and purchased a home with a unfinished walkout basement. We interviewed 3 contractors to perform a total finished basement project, bedroom, full bathroom, bar, media area, pool table area and dining area. We have done several smaller renovations at previous houses, but nothing this extensive. After reviewing the proposals and getting a "comfort level" with the contractors, we chose Anderson & Rodgers. Their entire staff and thier sub-contractors were all exceptional. Did what they told us they were going to accomplish, on time, on budget and in a manner that demonstrated they all took a personal pride in their work. During construction , everyone took their time to answer any questions we had and also made recomendations based on their experience, which resulted in an outstanding finished product.

We work in the real estate industry and know a lot of fabulous contractors in this area, but when we decided to renovate our garage into a carriage house for guests, we went with Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy Rodgers spearheaded the project and used top-quality subcontractors who were fast and efficient, while providing quality work. We can't say enough positive things about Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy answered the phone when we called, he delivered when he said he would and the final product is amazing. We are so happy with his work and would recommend him time and again to our friends and clients.

I have had Anderson Rodgers build my outdoor covered deck, they did a superb job and willingly followed up quickly with any necessary repairs or changes . After Hurricane Helence they quickly repaired a broken railing. Thanks to Pedro who came and did a great job. First rate company.
