Anandam World City, Raipur is a gated community living space in capital of Chhatisgarh state spread across 180 acres. It has 150 office space, utility shops (coming up), 300 plus row houses of 4 and 6 BHK and 2/3/4/5 BHK appartment building along with podium garden, Montessori school, fully functional Anandam Club house with business centre, library, game room, card room, guest rooms, gym, yoga area, spa and salon and a restaurant too. A lot of open spaces. The approach road is through narrow lanes, currently not good , but i hear that they are connecting other end of the property to a main road on the other side and it will be direct access. Very few empty plots remain here. It's posh and silent once you enter inside.
