Ammar was absolutely AMAZING to work with. We listed our house with him right at the start of Covid 19. He was very helpful in determining a fair list price for the house based on detailed market data which he provided. He understands the Ojai Valley better than anyone given he's a local boy. He hired a professional to take photos inside and outside the house, created beautiful brochures for us and were super accessible. His Marketing is superb within 4 hours we had potential buyers setting up showings (even during Covid) - The house sold in 4 days and we ended up getting $10K more than we thought we would. He's a master negotiator. Ammar also helped us purchase our new home which is truly a dream come true! Throughout both transactions, my husband and I felt listened to, respected and like Ammar was truly fighting for us - making recommendations, helping us sort through numerous houses in the market and ultimately getting us the best price for the house we sold as well as our new home. Things are moving so fast in the Ojai Market and Ammar is well suited to deliver results quickly and efficiently for his clients. My husband and I can be intense. We asked to see 6 homes in a day, all fixer uppers. Ammar kept up with us, asked if it was ok to offer advice, really listened to us, and was so professional.

During the offer, counter offer, and escrow he answered questions day and evenings, went above and beyond, and always advocated for us.

After the sell, he called/texted several times to check on us, and the house. We have called him asking for referrals to local trades people.

My wife and I are first time home buyers. We were terrified of the home buying process. We got in touch with a few different realtors in ojai but they all either seemed way to busy to help us or they would take days or weeks even to respond to us. We needed someone that would answer our questions fast thats when we finally found ammar, our search for a realtor was over. The man is very knowledgable on all things real estate, he had a detailed answer for every single question we had. He takes time to explain things to us and knows the ojai market extremely well. We currently have an offer on a house in meiners oaks with him representing us. If that gets accepted we will finally be first time home owners! I was going to wait until the deal was finalized to post this review but I can’t help but spread the word about our experience.
