Rudest driver.
I had the right of way into a parking lot and he was pissed because I came in.He rolled down his window to give me a Scotch Blessing.
There were no obstructions and plenty of space for me to enter lot. I thought he was going to get out of the truck and and give me hell.
Not at all impressed. Its a good thing, I have a thick hide and I refused to roll down my window.
He needs to learn driving etiquette all over.

Very unhappy. Here is a pic of a truck getting stuck in our parking lot that we were told it was plowed and we were charged for it. Here is another pic of a service where the snow was placed on our handicapped stalls. I asked not to apply salt and after 4 months of service, I was charged full price even though they did not apply any salt. After explaining my side and asking for some allowance for the salt issue I was simply sent an invoice and asked to make the full payments or I would be in collections.

Kole and his team have been taking care of my yard and bugs for years. They are always prompt and on time and handle my weeds like the professionals they are, Black widows? Not at my house. I'd never go back to all the other companies i've tried.

This place is so unorganized and is the absolute worst. After stopping their service in 2021 for my cabin because they changed the way they billed and it was absolutely a hot mess. It took 3 10 minute long calls to get me into their system to charge for services. 2 years later I get a collection call saying they are still owed money. Absolutely no evidence, no invoices, then the collector gives me the mailing address and sure enough American Maintenance decided to change my mailing address to an address that doesn’t receive mail.

They can’t manage their own billing operations, I would certainly not trust them with their basic services if they can’t even manage their office. Since it’s gone to collections, I get the fun task of throwing my money at legal because of principle.

Lexi with western extermination was absolutely amazing to deal with. I had a huge wasp problem that no one else was able to remedy. After speaking with Lexi she sent out Chris and I haven’t seen a wasp since. Thank you guys so much. Would highly recommend!!!

We didn't have the best experience with Turf-It. It took us over a week to get them to come out for an estimate, which I understand with it being a busy time of business. The issue was originally my husband called explained we were looking for a design and trenching but we'd be installing the system ourselves. Was told they'd send some one out and have them call my husband on the way over. They never showed up. So I called two days later, was then told that they don't do that. So I asked for them to come out and give us an estimate on the entire sprinkler project. They came out and then it took two more days before we got the estimate, which I had to call at least 4 times that day to even get. On top of that the quote was outrageous and not even broken down to show what the estimated cost of parts or labor would be. Personally I feel like we were given a high quote with the intention of pushing us away. My husbands uncle is a landscaper in St George and already told us what the range should be for a sprinkler system installed and this was still over $500 above the high end. We're able to get a design, buy the parts, and rent a trencher for less than 1/2 the amount we were quoted.

I have been using Turf-it for my commercial landscaping and Executive Facilities for my commercial cleaning work for several years now. They have always been wonderful to deal with. They are professional and resolve any issues quickly. Plus, whenever I have extra, one-time work that needs to be done, I just call them and they set it all up and manage it themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Recently, I ran a Google "campaign" simply asking our Donors (customers) to publicly share their opinions. In the course of approximately three months, we received 178 reviews taking our Google rating from <3 to what is as of today a 4.4. Why do I share this with you? Because a large number of reviews state the cleanliness of our facility. I guarantee this was not the case before we started our partnership with American Maintenance. The business I manage began using American Maintenance janitorial in late 2016. I started this partnership based on the high recommendations received from my peers using American Maintenance at their facilities in Utah County. They were spot on! Within a year, I was referring my peers managing Centers in Salt Lake County. They too have been very impressed not only with the results, but with the responsiveness to our needs. Whether preparing for any one of the multiple audits or just wanting to perform a random deep clean and/or strip and wax, the American Maintenance team executes at a high level in a very timely manner. I have been so impressed that I also switched our window cleaning, pressure washing, and our pest control to American Maintenance. They've also assisted us with general "handyman" work. I highly recommend American Maintenance.
