This is your classic example of poor business practices. They were supposed to pave our street. They left messages mandating that everyone who lives on the street is to have their vehicles out of the way for a set period of time otherwise the vehicle(s) would be towed. They guaranteed that the job would be finished by a set date. Not only did they not finish by the promised date, they didn't finish at all. Now our street is worse than before b/c they dug up the old pavement and didn't replace it. I've been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks now and I've left numerous messages for the PM, who refuses to return any of my calls and won't pick up the phone when called.
