Absolutely the worst Archetict in Georgia! His plans had so many mistakes it was the worst money I spent!
The owner said he could as well build my shop before I found out how bad the plans were. He convinced me his construction crew was qualified and ready. I sent him a check for $10,000 to get started- This was the farthest from the truth months and months (8 months) passed without anything happening on site. He kept telling me it was because of “rain” but just down the street construction and excavation was being done no problem. Had I not sent him $10,000.00 I would have found someone else earlier but I kept trying to believe in his “word as a honorable man” that definitely wasn’t the case. More months went by and nothing happened until I finally said I am contacting someone that can move forward with the project and I would like the $10,000 returned or at minimum at least $8,000. I felt for him doing nothing maybe that was worth to him at least $2,000. But as a thief would do he said No you are getting nothing back. And therefore he basically kept my $10,000 and I was left with not much I could do but to inform others of his really terrible businesses practices.
Best thing I can advise others is to stay clear from this business!!!!!
