My husband and I owned a vacation home in the beautiful Sierra Valley and had decided to sell it. We needed to find a realtor who was well versed in the area, familiar with marketing vacation homes and had an excellent advertising plan. Also , a realtor who knew how to price the property to sell under today’s unique conditions. After interviewing Amber we knew we had someone who had the experience and expertise to get the job done. Amber and her team put together a fabulous set of pictures of the home along a very detailed description of the property for marketing. In addition Amber and her team put together a video of the property where Amber walked through the home discussing the special attributes of the house and showing the lovely views of the mountains that the property had to offer. It was extremely impressive. We had an offer on the property in about a month. As anyone knows who has sold a home just because one gets an offer it does not mean it will close escrow. Lots of things can happen along the way and yes we had some bumps along the road. Amber kept us informed of any possible problems and was always there to answer questions when something needed to be explained. She put out several fires along the way that had a potential to cause the deal to fall through. Summer, her delightful assistant , got all the inspections needed for selling the property scheduled and kept me up to speed on anything I needed to take care of. It. She took care of all the little detail items so I didn’t have to do it myself. I can’t say enough good things about Amber and her team.
