I had a project in Utah that required a tremendous amount of work with an aggressive timeline, and an agent helping me on a different project referred me to Amanda.

I met with Amanda to discuss timelines, budgets, her vision of the finished product then she went to work. A team of independent craftsmen worked quickly to meet Amanda’s exacting expectations while keeping to the budget requirements. The results were amazing! We met, in some cases even exceeded, our targets.

Amanda’s management style along with her keen eye for interior design made the whole experience pleasant as I watched a project transform into a home. Her knowledge of the local market is invaluable when setting yield goals, often providing Amanda an insight on submitted offers. I’m sure Amanda had other projects on her plate but she always made me feel my project was her priority. Definitely a force multiplier.

And smart, she anticipates everything, I mean everything. I needed information from a different project, in a different state, Amanda just goes “ Oh, I have that, I’ll screenshot it to you”. To anticipate the need, store, then quickly retrieve the data at a moment’s notice is just uncanny.

Amanda’s awards and glowing clients’ reviews are all hard-earned and well deserved. And, Amanda is also a wonderful human.

Amanda helped me navigate my first home purchase and she did an excellent job. Amanda made sure I was well informed and made sure I was comfortable when asking questions about the home buying process. Amanda made me feel like the number one priority and was willing to fight any battle we were faced with.
Initially Amanda helped me find a home that was perfect (At least I thought so) and it turns out there was a ton of problems and Amanda made sure I knew the pros and cons and didn't pressure me into buying what was in reality a dump, so we ended up backing out of that deal. The very same day we found the house I ended up purchasing and the sellers where EXTREMELY difficult but Amanda and team worked tirelessly to seal the deal no matter how frustrating it was.
I can't recommend her enough and I absolutely plan on using her as my agent in the future to buy / sell my home.
She also has a great sense of humor and doesn't feel like a walking corpo skin suit trying to sling the nearest crack shack. She is very dedicated to helping find the right fit for lifestyle and budget. She was amazing at communicating and always kept me in the loop no matter how many questions I had.
