I have been living in the apartments for two months now. I have had a pleasant experience in the community. The leasing staff is very helpful, they assist and resolve any problem I have. Maintenance staff is also pretty responsive and friendly. I enjoy the neighbourhood, it’s calm and pretty.

I have been living in this community for a year now, and I can confidently say it has been a great experience overall. From the moment I moved in, I've felt welcomed by staff. The amenities here are fantastic, and they truly make a difference in daily life. Whether it’s the well-maintained gym, the relaxing common areas, or the beautiful green spaces, there’s always something to enjoy.

The management team and house keeping team are responsive and proactive, making sure any concerns are addressed quickly. I also appreciate the sense of security and peace of mind the community provides. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community spirit.

good maintenance team and leasing office staffs. common areas have good amenities and appliances in units are good. the drawbacks are some residents smoke on the property against rules and set off the global fire alarms like every other month, also street parking space is very limited

It's been 2 months since I moved in. So far, everything is great! The community is well kept, quiet, and has a great community park in front with tennis courts. Amalfi also has nice amenities.

The staff here is also wonderful. Lilliana and Teresa have been wonderful since my move here. They check in monthly to make sure I'm enjoying my time here at Amalfi and are quick to respond to any issues or concerns about the apartment.

There can be some improvements such as alarms setting off the entire floor and organizing package deliveries. But I understand that sometimes it's not anyone but the tenants fault for setting off the alarm for smoking.

Overall, I've been enjoying my stay at Amalfi. Big thanks to Lilliana and Teresa for making it an overall great experience!

Good schools nearby
Extremely accessible, can’t stress enough on this if you need accessibility devices and chairs to get around, baby strollers, carts etc.

Summary: After 4 months of living here, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Noise Complaints
We were unlucky with the unit we chose. The neighbors next door had more than 11 people living in their unit and they were constantly slamming their doors and yelling/running/vaping/smoking/throwing trash in the hallways. The neighbor upstairs has a kid that they can not control. I can understand NORMAL multifamily noise levels such as walking, closing their doors, running their dish washer/laundry/shower/flushing the toilet, rolling furniture across the floor, we can hear it all. BUT what is NOT acceptable is your child jumping/stomping/running/screaming bloody murder/throwing tantrums where it vibrates down to our unit. I understand that kids are difficult to control BUT the lack of effort to stop them from disturbing your neighbors is unacceptable. I can tell when they are trying to control their kid because the kid starts to scream bloody murder and run/stomp/throw a tantrum. We have a very nice park literally a block over. Please use it. Please follow Amalfi’s rules about having 80% of your unit carpeted because it’s really obvious when you drop things on the floor, most of your unit is still hard wood. Management states “If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to consider a transfer to a top floor in the future.” Like I’ve stated previously, I’m perfectly fine with NORMAL multifamily living noises. Don’t have a kid if you don’t have the energy/capacity to teach them how to live respectfully in a multifamily apartment or if you can’t afford rugs/foam pads for your child to run on. Even after all the video evidence we sent, because it can’t be proven the noise is coming from above us and not from the hallway/left right neighbors, they can’t do anything.

Upon moving in, the unit was dirty. The cabinets were sticky and smells heavily of curry spices (they claim it was the residue from their cleaning supply, I call bullshit because the stickiness was concentrated around the stove and felt like caked on oil that was never wiped off), the stove coils were all rusted, vents in the bathroom and mirror was rusted/damaged, bathtub edges were dirty and obviously not cleaned, previous tenant put large holes in the walls/doors and were shoddily patched instead of replaced. We found a cockroach upon moving in (see other people’s reviews for similar experience). We had a list of things for the maintenance team to fix before we could move in. They need to drop whoever they are hiring to clean their units (assuming they are actually cleaning the unit before the next tenant moves in). Make sure you request a receipt when you move out and double check if the receipt is legit. Don’t trust the model room they show you. Insist to see the actual unit. Don’t sign anything until you know what you’re getting into.

Wow! It seems they didn’t do anything to prevent this issue last time, because the fire alarm went off at 3 am in the mid night AGAIN. The management claims that they have found the cause. But:
1. If you’ve already find the cause, can we expect the fire alarm won’t go off in the middle of the night again? You are going to take action to prevent this kind of disturbance right?
2. We understand that the fire alarms are for safety, but they don’t go off without a cause. Instead of excuses, find and stop what’s triggering them at 3 am.

❗️And, for people who is interested in this apartment, if you want to maintain a regular routine and good sleep quality, without being startled awake by alarms in 3 am, do not choose to live in this community. They won’t do anything useful to maintain a good living environment. Instead they seem to cover for those who, for whatever reasons, trigger fire alarms 3 am at midnight.

What kind of person would trigger the fire alarm at 3 am? It’s truly unbearable.

Recently the number of fire alarms going off has been absolutely ridiculous, and this time it happened at 3 in the morning. The management needs to look into why this is happening and figure out who or what keeps triggering the fire alarm at 3 am. If this issue isn’t resolved, this apartment complex will no longer be suitable for anyone who wants to maintain a normal routine.
