The new construction surveyor is so rude he couldn't even pretend to be nice to his customers. there are many other alta surveyors to choose from, don't go with this one.

By all means don't question the great David Pounders. Despite that he continously spews comments that are contrary to actual county regulation even after I sent an email from the county confirming his understanding is inaccurate. Don't expect him to do something professional like actually understand your concerns by reading your e-mails and answering your questions and cooperate when a difficult situation has to be overcome. Instead he assumes you don't understand, doesn't even come close to addressing the actual concerns and turns everything back on you as if your the one that doesn't understand. Because after all how dare I question the "advise of a professional". And how could I possibly expect honesty either. If you have a nice simple design and want to blindly trust a "professional" to overcharge you for shoddy work (I don't think he spelled contractor right once in the plan and miraculously my primary resident is now a casita attached to a primary if only) than your in the right place. Otherwise you might want to work with someone more willing to actually work through the challenges.
