I understand the importance of reading an honest review about your future place of residence, so here's my detailed review with Pros and Cons.

Pros:

• Safety: The security personnel are some of the nicest and most professional I’ve encountered, ensuring you feel secure.

• Parking: The parking area is very safe, consistently guarded by a security company, and features a convenient registration app.

• Amenities: The building offers great amenities including a clean, well-equipped gym, an organized lobby, an efficient mail room with parcel lockers, and a very nice conference room.

• Cleanliness: The courts are always quiet and clean, and the pool area is well-maintained with plenty of tables, BBQ stations, and restrooms.

• Pool Area: very clean and well equipped, with a nearby indoor area including a bar and and restrooms.

• Apartment Quality: My apartment was nearly perfect with just minor issues, the right size for the right price, and ample closet and cabinet space.

• Management: The office staff are kind, responsive, and always willing to help tenants.

• Location: The community is ideally situated within a 10-15 minute drive to essential places like Walmart, Target, Aldi, UPS, USPS, gyms, and more.

Cons:

• Noise: The walls are a bit thin, but this can be managed with respect and communication with neighbors

I cannot say enough great things about the front office team at Allure Apollo apartment complex!

Josh, who is our new property manager, proactively communicated with me regarding my issue with my bill; his problem-solving skills allowed me to exhale - giving me a sense of his professionalism. I left the front office a satisfied tenant. This type of action by one’s property manager prompts free positive advertising for Allure Apollo. Everyone wants to feel like their concerns are being heard and taken seriously - that’s how I feel.

The leasing agent J’yishash is winsome and very personable. Before meeting with Josh, when I came in on Friday, I was perplexed about two insurance charges on my bill. J’yishash professional walked me through all my options. She calmly and kindly maintained a high level of professionalism, which made me smile. I honestly cannot imagine dealing with all of the tenant's issues in the building. It takes a unique individual to handle those types of matters.

Finally, our assistant manager, Anisje, always greets me by my name! How is she able to confidently greet me with a smile again and again? I am aware that her job is not a cakewalk; however, one would never know it. She always offers to assist me, acknowledging my presence even while she’s helping someone else. I have never walked into the office without being kindly greeted by Anisje!

My unit has NOT HAD HEAT since Dec 2024. It's now late Jan 2025. I've left multiple maintenance tickets that seem to clear out but the problem is not being resolved. I called the office and spoke to Tracy the property manager, her response she will but in a maintenance ticket and someone should be there today. Fast forward another day has gone and no one has been here to fix it.

This problem has happened every year for the past 3 years living here. I will not be renewing the lease, unfortunately someone else will get this unit and have the same issues.

Love this place. From the first day I decided to check out the Allure, it was excellence the entire way. Ray showed us around. A true professional every step of the way, but very easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. The concierge was so friendly. The amenities are excellent. This is a great place.

Update (after 2 months of staying here): they lived up to the hype. It’s Been a pleasure.

I’ve had a great experience with the staff & I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury apartment to check out this location. Starting with the Concierge Bre, she is very helpful & always nice & friendly.
Ni the assistant property manager has always been the type of person to make sure every question is answered to the best of her knowledge, and she will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with their service. I also love that fact of how the housekeepers are on top of there jobs around the clock to make sure the building is clean & smelling good plus the security team is present for the night hours when crime is most likely to be committed such as theft and robbery.

allure Apollo is a nice building to live in however, I do feel the quality of the property has decreased over the years, the lobby area of the building looks great however the quarters and the carpet is absolutely filthy. One of the reasons could be because several residents have pets and they may be staining the carpet, but regardless the carpet should be shampooed on a cyclical basis and or replaced if it has several stains, also the security of the building has decreased in addition to the level of tenants has seem to change over the years but overall it’s a nice property, but there is definitely some major areas that need to be improved .
