I wish I could give an Oscar to absolutely everyone who worked on the water damage that consisted of two Condos here in Studio City, California. From the first call to the office straight through to the final repairs, there was expert attention, care, & craftsmanship. You can trust what they say

Allied Helped us twice! Unfortunately we had 2 water damage issues just a few years apart and we called on Allied both times. I appreciated not only the level of professionalism but you are never kept in the dark. Jason Dominguez was the one supervising our mitigation & restoration job and I called & texted at all hours and he was always responsive. We stayed in the home during the work so Jason checked in every day. We could not thank him enough. There was total transparency and clear communication from start to finish. We were a bit sad when the job was completed because I felt that they truly looked out for us. Along the way, in true nature of a woman we would second guess some design ideas and Jason and his team were very patient. They advised us and guided us to help us make the best decisions for what we wanted and needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLIED RESTORATION! Jason Dominguez, you and the entire Allied family are welcome in our home anytime! Thank you dearly for all you did!

This team displays the highest level of professionalism in everything they do! We reached out to them to help us renovate after some water damage and from start to finish they made sure we were supported and kept in the loop every step of the way. Andre and his team came out in less than 24 hrs, on a Saturday night no less. Victoria kept me in the loop with her emails and follow up and reassured me of the next steps we would need to take. Eric and JJ both made sure everything was restored back to its previous condition (possibly even better than the original) and they were truly one text/ phone call away. Both Eric and JJ also did a great job explaining how these renovations work, since we, like most people in this situation, have never had extensive repairs and it can feel overwhelming, but again Allied made sure we could rest easy and it would all be taken care of. I cannot recommend this team enough and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone in the future!

We were introduced to Allied Restoration through our insurance company and we couldn’t have been happier! O.P. And Andy were stellar professionals and had their teams on the job ASAP. The job supervisor, Andy walked us through every nook and cranny of the problem and all possible solutions. Each team did an amazing job from fixing the initial leak to the careful packing of all our belongings and meticulously making barriers to keep all the dust and debris from the rest of the house. The trades they used - flirting, painting, finish were excellent and always helpful. The proposed time line from start to finish was done well before promised- which makes any repair fantastic! Thanks again to Andy and his crew at Allied Restoration! 5 stars!

I cannot say enough good things about the team I worked with at Allied!!! After reporting my whole downstairs flooded due to HOA drains not being kept up, Javier arrived at my home and immediately went to work. He spent hours on removing water from my carpet, called in for back up and later that evening the whole crew was hands on. George, Javier, Alfonso, Carlos and Tito were all amazing. They were kind to my senior dog who wanted to assist them. Always very calm and understanding of my stress and so polite and considerate!

Many trips were made to my house by George and Javier, to check moisture levels and keeping an eye out for mold. Each time, they arrive on time and were very pleasant.

Allied had been the only positive in this very trying time for me. Thanks again guys!
