I think one star is kind of generous for the grief we endured. Seven plus months for a promised three month project. Mistake after mistake after mistake and re-work was a major contributor. Some were fixed, like the entire back deck stair system. Some we live with, like the septic system and sewer connection. And some were never even addressed, like the slab pour which deviated from plan without consultation. We paid several thousand dollars for incredibly detailed plans. I never could figure out if the project manager couldn't read the plans or was just too lazy. The project lead and business manger have been caught in lies both verbal and written. I'm not sure how they sleep at night doing this to people's homes.

As of 4/2/24 Alliant has offered to waive a pittance of the balance if we agree to remove all posts, no longer talk about our experience, surrender any liability for future problems, surrender liability of current problems and just walk away quietly. No thank you.
