I worked with Samantha, the owner, and she was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She's extremely knowledgeable about landscape design, materials, and how a space is best used to fit our needs. One thing I loved is she has a deep knowledge about materials and finishes, explaining why she recommended certain details (from the style to how our particular use would live up to wear and tear), and how they fit into the overall space (and coincided perfectly with our interiors). She also had wonderful ideas about working with our HOA to make the space useful, and some of our other contractors in general. I can't recommend her enough!

I came across this business while in search of a contractor that could assist with refurbishing an existing pool in Oceanside. I had the pleasure of speaking to Samantha for a little over an hour. My very first impression of her is that she was very honest, knowledgeable and genuinely looking to help you independent of whether or not that meant taking money from you. Though I did not end up going through with the project, she was an absolute delight to speak to; she was patient, attentive, gave honest and professional feedback and sought to help as best as she could with her resources and contacts. I’m at a loss for words to describe my experience chatting with Samantha and how much she helped me, and quite frankly nothing I can say will do it justice, but she literally made me want to find ways to use her service just by virtue of how transparent, kindhearted, and selfless she was.

If you are searching for a company that does the projects alfresco does, they have my highest recommendation. As someone who owns a rental property and dealt with multiple contractors over the years, it is vitally important to find someone who is honest, passionate, skillful, knowledgeable, and a genuinely good person to work on your property as if it were theirs. After an hour on the phone on a project we identified she would not be able to work on at this time within the first 5 minutes, I can tell you Samantha is that person.

I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and her team at Alfresco Landscapes. We had our front, side/back yards redone and it looks beautiful! She is extremely professional, kind, and very responsive. Her project manager Matt was a pleasure to work with as well. I would definitely work with Samantha again and will recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for everything! Our yard looks beautiful.
