Erica checked that my apartment was good for move out and verified that I would get my deposit back verbally. She lied and I had to beg for 2 months to get my deposit back after numerous messages where she read my messages on an iPhone for me to see, and did not respond, then lied like it had been sent out and it never was. I finally spoke with Greg who told me he'd get it done and I was mailed less than half of the original amount of deposit. I called the owner, George Bull, and explained and showed a live video of the apartment when I left, and how clean it was, and he would not even listen to me before telling me he was siding with Erica and that was all. They have been very unprofessional and have treated a great tenant terribly. Do not do business with them EVER!
