Terrible terrible terrible.

Experienced by far the most arrogant and difficult person (Husain Alam - head guy) to work with that I’ve come across in my home buying experience.

If your desire is to be lied to constantly and treated as an afterthought then he’s your guy.

Key descriptive of my experience:
Does not acknowledge requirements.
Does what he wants on his time.
Makes it clear every step of the way that you are lucky to have his attention.
Wastes time.
Talks and never listens.

NOT a recommendation I would ever make on a new construction property. Terrible service all the way around.

I’d rate zero if I could. But google doesn’t provide that option.

Hussain is very smart and professional, he is extremely knowledgeable and will do a very economical and custom construction. He had built my house 14 years ago and if I plan to rebuild, I will definitely use him again.

Worst experience with a contractor I've ever had. It Took alam almost a year ( originally said a few weeks) to finish blueprints for our home. Gave a us no guidance when it came to permits and requirements with the county. There Was next to no communication ;after repeated unanswered phone calls and emails we decided to take our business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend using alam design group. Horrible experience!
