Commissioned a residential design concept from AJC. Paid them $6000 only to be refused CAD files at the end. Tried to raise my concerns with Jill, but she couldn’t be bothered to call me back. I will not be crediting them for my build, which will have to be re-considered and re-drafted from scratch. Would NOT recommend this firm.

Extreme lack of integrity and accountability. They put interns in charge of my project after the designer quit despite me making it clear that it wasn't acceptable. Expect there to be no progress made on your project when you come for meetings every other week, the interns would literally just change the wall color every 2 weeks. Expect there to be no agenda, no plan for the workload, and most of all no accountability from the owners. The most you'll get is gaslighting, fees, and intentional delays on AJC part
