Affordable rates and great attention to detail resulted in an on-time, on cost rock landscape feature that also serves as a Mountain bike skills trail feature.
John is very attentive to customer ideas, preferences and also very skilled in presenting good ideas, options and recommendations. He provides prompt response and communications and is very easy to work with overall. I’m very happy with this project and working with John and his crew was a genuine positive experience! Affordable Dreams definitely lives up to their name. John and his crew made our "dream" of ideas on paper come to life. John took so much time to sit down with us. He listened to ideas and then drew everything. This gave us peace of mind going into the whole process. John's meticulous attention to detail and vast knowledge of landscaping turned our dirt lot into something to be proud of for years to come. When we moved into our home, John was working on our neighbor's landscaping. The finished product enticed us to contact him ourselves for our landscaping needs. John is a teacher. He takes the time to teach his crew the correct way to do things along the way. John and crew worked very hard, were very polite, and even stayed late to complete tasks along the way. He has a very calm demeanor which made him very easy to converse with. John has a vast knowledge of local plants, bushes, and trees that can thrive and grow in Utah's climate. Even though we had limited knowledge of these things, John took the time to provide us information regarding everything. He even went as far as walking around the nursery on the phone with us going through what are and what are not good ideas for planting. John also listened to the need for plants that are deer resistant. John was building the rock walls in the back yard. As he approached our fire pit area, he figured out a way to curve the rock wall around instead of a straight line. This added a custom element to our yard that wasn't in the original plans. John went the extra mile to make our yard unique and not "cookie cutter." In our front yard John came up with the idea to use rock from our property to build a dry stream bed. It turned out perfectly and makes our front yard stand out from the rest. Along the way, we made change orders as we thought of additions we wanted to make. John gave us a complete breakdown of the new costs. His prices were solid and honest. Since the lawn has been completed, John has stopped by several times to adjust sprinklers, show us how to use the timer, and how to properly care for all the different elements in our yard. Everything looks amazing. Different people passing by compliment on how beautiful our yard is. It's a no brainer if we were asked if we would recommend his landscaping company. 1000% yes. If you are in need of landscaping, give Affordable Dreams a call. You won't be disappointed.

John and his crew did a fantastic job on our Fire pit area. I knew I wanted a fire pit, but could not envision what it would like. John came out and looked over our entire 2/3 acre yard. He asked us some questions, then suggested the most appropriate area to put it. He then went ahead and sketched up (pencil/paper) two designs (at two different price points) that he suggested would work nicely. I was so impressed that with even just a pencil drawing, we were able to visualize what this area would look like. He has a great imagination! Due to budget, we opted for the less expensive version, still knowing it would look fantastic. John and his two-person crew were out there working hard, despite the summer temperatures. Yes….he not only owns the company and manages his crew, he is out there working just as hard to get everything just right. He also helped us picking out the flagstone and plants. He has an extensive knowledge of all things landscape and construction-related issues, and will get answers for any questions you may have. We also had him do wooden stairs for our terraced yard, making it much easier to walk from one level to the other. It looks so much better than the over-grown dirt path that was there for years. I was so impressed with the way our projects turned out, I hired him again to do a sitting area under our Mountain Ash tree so we can read outside in the shade. It looks amazing! I could go on and on with praise for Affordable Dreams Landscaping, but I think you get gist of it. In summary, I would highly recommend Affordable Dreams Landscaping for your outdoor projects. John will work with you to get your project done right and stay within your budget.

Affordable Dreams has done two separate projects for us: extensive paving stone patios and a large fence replacement/upgrade including gates. We were very pleased with both. John is a creative designer and follows through with high quality work. Highly recommend.

Affordable Dreams did my landscape 20 yrs.ago& did great 👍 job. Over the yrs. When I wanted to do something new 🙄 I would call John, he would work me into his schedule, show up and do something new for me. What ever John did he always cleaned 🤔 up & never left a mess. Really great 👍 worker and business 👏 man. If you want something done & done right he is the one that will do a great 👍 job.

Affordable dreams has been doing our snow removal for years and always gives us the best attention! They come right over and get our parking lot and sidewalks ready for our clients and staff before they arrive. This year we asked them to start doing our landscaping and it has been excellent!
