Tony worked out great for my project. He is very responsive with returning calls, getting the project started and navigating the maze of the county planning/permitting.
Here is the back story, the project was a 16x22 shop/man cave. I was under the impression that it was a simple project. Tony said yes, But, there is more to this when dealing with the county. He came up with complete drawings/details/specs that eased the process with the county. Tony, thanks for your professorial help.

Tony is a rock star. I'm a retired contractor with decades of residential and commercial experience, and we hired Tony to do the working drawings for our new home. We pretty much had a design in mind, and Tony was tremendously helpful with ideas and suggestions, really assisting us in refining the details. He a great communicator and very efficient, we were very satisfied with his fees. He sent us many 3D "fly-throughs" of the design as it progressed, which were very helpful in refining the design. Building projects are complex, and as everyone knows, often take longer and cost more than anticipated. All of this can be stressful, so hiring a great drafts person really matters. We had an awful experience with another draftsman who was recommended by a well intentioned architecture firm before we found Tony. The contrast made us all the more grateful for the amazing experience with Tony. He was efficient, made time for us whenever we had questions, was great at communicating, kept promises, came in under budget, got our plans approved on the first try. He was also totally open to ideas about design and had no ego about making changes or when we wanted something different. He also had great ideas about saving money and simplifying the project. He made the permit and design part of our ADU conversion in Cotati extremely easy, inexpensive and efficient. We highly recommend Affordable Drafting and Tony. You won’t find anyone better.

We used Tony to help create plans for a home addition. We couldn’t find an architect in the area to give us the time of day, everyone is so backlogged here in Sonoma County….it was a blessing in disguise. Tony was extremely affordable, super knowledgeable about building codes and the permitting process. He guided us through the entire process.
