We requested to view a property to potentially rent for our daughter and were told we have to complete the entire application, including credit and financial documents to be able to even view the property to see if it would fit. This seems pretty shady or pretty lazy. To expect the entire application process before you can ever see if the property will work is pretty ridiculous.

Worst people to rent from do not waist your time. Lady with the blonde hair is rude no matter the situation. When I first moved in my shower did not work. I had to call up there 3 times and after two weeks it was “fixed” I went home to finally start staying there and the shower was still broken. Had to call up there again and wait another two weeks for it to finally get fixed. The first month of my lease I had to stay with family due to the shower being broken and terrible bugs and the place just overall not being clean. My apartment was broken into in august and the door was broken and I had to pay $550 to get it fixed after they told me it wasn’t my fault and I wouldn’t have to pay anything. The door did not get fixed till December. Almost 5 months later. I just moved out and they refused to give me my deposit back after I left the place spotless. Bleached every room and they said “it wasn’t clean enough”. Everyone is extremely rude at the office and they have dogs running around. I have allergies so I could never go up there and talk to them face to face just over the phone.

On July 26 I scheduled $685, my August, rent to come out of my account on July 29th. I have a email confirmation stating it was a one time payment. On August 29th my account was debited again without my permission. My account was overdrawn and has 5 overdraft fees for $36. My bank credited 2 of the fees back. I disputed the charge and the amount of $685 was credited back to me as well. I was told the payment was set up as auto payment, which it was not. They also told me that they wouldn't be responsible for any fees my account received. Today on 09-08-22 they told me I was responsible for a nsf fee of $50 plus the late fee for rent. They have not been helpful at all. Quite combative actually. There was definitely a system glitch because I never set up a auto draft. They have yet taken ownership of the issue and told me I am at fault. I don't feel like I should responsible for fees on a transaction I did not approve. If you are renting and they manage the place, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.

Went in to put in a rental application and of course I had questions but I was rudely told and yelled at to "PUT IT ON THE APPLICATION!!!" I was then yelled at for pushing the receipt button and for removing my card after the transaction. Apparently, she wanted to do it all. extremely bad attitude, total waste of time and was rushed the entire time. Dogs running all over the office which I have no problems with dogs but if you have customers with pet allergies you're putting them in harms way.

Worst experience ever with a real estate company. I suggest you have your application fee, security deposit ready , and sign your lease all in the same day. I was told the security deposit I placed on the home I chose would reserve the home for a week but this agency rented the home out after hours to another family after I drove from out of state expecting to have a home and nobody called with any information I had to stay on top of them. They are a very nice staff, just unorganized.

Nice and friendly up till our PCS. We spoke many times prior to move out, and they CLEARLY knew our move out date. When it came time to get our deposit back, they would not refund our money because they said it was not in writing. Bad customer appreciation. They figured we would not be back, but all roads lead back to Fort Rucker.

People in the office are very rude. When you try to ask questions they're very short with you. When they hang up the phone, it sounds like they slamming it in your ear. Very unprofessional I suggest you all just pick someone else.
