One of their engineers, Chad, told me he would take my job. He kept stringing me out for over 10 months, and still never got my job done. When I would call him, he would say things like "After I told you I for sure would do it last weekend, I got handed a big job. But I really will get to it this weekend. And I'll give you a really good price!" With promises like that, he made it sound like he really wanted the work. The main receptionist could only route me back to him when I called, as the task was assigned to him. So, in actuality - he wasted almost a year of my time and time we could have been getting the room addition done - with empty promises. If he really didn't the work, he could have easily said so. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

This company provides very through and detailed plans. It seams like they specialist more in the tilt up type of cinstruction but I have seen drawings for CMU building from them as well.

The individuals that I have worked with have been great and responsive.

The design buildings for the commercial industry more then residential.
