Apts are good but a bit clumpsy when seen from out of the compound.
Air quality is good here.
Shopping malls and theatres are far, one has to go gachibowli for shopping.
Outer ring road views are awesome.

Awesome quite place to live....one problem is that the authority takes time attending to the complaints.....the clubhouse and one of the block's under construction. Overall a good place for the techies to stay and have quite a lifestyle here.?

I stayed in this society for a limited period i.e. around 8 months in 2016-17. A few of the buildings were still under construction and I had bare minimum to live there from a society perspective. Here are few pros and cons based on my experience:
Pros:
1. Well planned society
2. Daily mart available within society
3. Allows pets
4. Peaceful since its away from the main roads of Hyderabad
5. Has restaurants nearby
6. Has a fresh mart in walking distance
7. Has a dairy farm nearby
8. Good windy area due to less crowded
9. Low pollution

Cons
1. Situated in remote location outside city hence everything seems far from here except financial district
2. Limited crowd that too only of this society so less urban population.

Location: Bad, You need private vehicle to stay in this place. But Ola Uber is available except super rush hours

Infrastructure: It is spacious with ample parking space. But some apartment s are still under construction

Amenities: There is grocery store available inside, but food delivery options are limited to Domino's

Hardly about 4 KM away from financial district, 7 hills apartment, also known as Power welfare Society, is located in Kokapet area. It has 7 separate high rise towers having..it's a 850+ flat society with ample open space. A open multi function field with stage for party and common events. Society also has in-house shops for daily needs, Apollo clinic, Dispensary, Saloon, Food stall etc. Has separate guest parking 2Ws & 4Ws. The construction is at the final stage where in club house and swimming pool is under construction. Flats are of good quality, deducted passenger and service lifts for each tower. Security is good too.

One of the best gated community around SEZ Nanakramguda which is not densely crowded.
It has duplex flats to 2bhk flats with free parking for residents and visitors.
Lust green gardens and sitting area around the society.
Play area for small children.
Small shopping mart inside the community.
A doctor and a medical store as well.
Fuel pump is just 2kms away from this place.
Nanakramguda SEZ is 4kms.

DO NOT buy flats here, construction quality is worst. All rooms has leakage problem, they solve it every 6 months and it repeats every time. Furniture and ceiling getting damage because of leakage. Worst is few days back mirror attached to Wardrobes fallen luckily nobody was there in room otherwise it will be serious injury. That when we reported they are not taking it seriously, charged very unfair amount us for repair. It can happen to anybody here, please are circulate to your family members if they are staying here.I also request all the 7 hills residents to please getting it repair in your home as early as possible before anything serious happen because precaution is better then cure.
