We recently hired Advanced Quality Construction for work on our property, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Mrs. Jackie was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. When a government inspector made the process unexpectedly stressful, she stepped in and advocated on our behalf, making a challenging situation much easier. The entire team was responsive, efficient, and dedicated to getting the job done right. This company was recommended by my Property Manager (PM) for my rental property. I received a notification that the water heater was leaking. The PM contacted this company and they came out the same day and determined that the water heater had busted. The recommended that it should be replaced. They gave me a quote of nearly 2.5K for a 47 Ib water heater. I thought the quote was high and my PM suggested to negotiate directly with the company. When I called, I talked to Jackie who was very professional and responsive. She negotiated the quote down to 2.1K which I appreciated the discount. She said they could install the water heater the next day (which was great news). The next day, the water heater was damaged when they unloaded from the truck and unfortunately, the stores were out of stock for it's size. I didn't really believe this because when I checked it looked like quite a few stores in the area had the size or was able to get it the next day. I was not willing to wait 2 weeks for it to come back in stock. It was below 30 degrees and my tenants could not go without hot water for that long. Long story short - they found a water heater and installed it within the next 2 days.

Why did I give them 2 stars you ask? Because I received a bill for $187.50 for them coming out on the first day to tell me that the water heater exploded. Although, I went with their service and paid over 2K upfront, they still billed me the additional fee. At the end of the day, I did not receive a discount. I probably should have went with Lowe's or home depot or found another vendor. They got me. 🙁

Jackie from Advanced Quality Construction turned an incredibly stressful day into an entirely manageable day and we are super grateful for her help. She was available to call or text at any time and made sure our water heater was replaced on the day of.
