In early 2016 my husband and I decided we wanted to purchase our own home. We were engaged to be married in June and decided purchasing a home would be the best option for our new lives as a married couple.

Since we were first time buyers without any knowledge of the process and no time to waste due to tight work schedules and a wedding coming up, Adrian was asked for his help and guidance.

Adrian not only accommodated to our busy schedules but he helped us find our home in a city about 40 minutes away from his business location.

After the process started and escrow was opened, I had many questions about inspections, appraisals and all that good stuff that no one really talks about, but for every question I had, Adrian not only gave me a clear answer but went a step ahead and called me with a follow up in case any other questions were left unanswered.

All in all, I would DEFINITELY recommend Adrian Lopez to anyone seeking to buy their home. I'm sure my husband will agree when I say we will be heading back to Adrian when we are ready to purchase again.

Adrian is an amazing realtor. I first inquired in 2014 when I just needed information as most people with a purchase you want to make sure you gather as much information before you feel ready to purchase. He is patient and provided all the information I asked for. He made it easy to communicate exactly what I was looking for, and I'm sure I drove him crazy trying to find a dream home. Finally in 2016 I found the right one and although it took 2 years to find the right place he never lost his Patience or professionalism.
