After calling a few contractors for our bedroom/bathroom addition, we found Adrian Construction and were immediately impressed with Donovan, the owner. He was professional and knowledgeable. Donovan was always receptive to our questions and concerns. He kept us in the loop as the job progressed. His crews were all polite and professional. Not to mention they were great at their crafts. Kevin and Rick are very talented. We then had new floors laid throughout the house, remodel the guest bathroom and then finally the master bathroom. If you are looking for a contractor with integrity, professionalism and fair pricing you have to call Adrian Construction.

Adrian Construction (Donovan Adrian and crew) have done two separate remodeling jobs for us now (bathroom/bedroom and our kitchen/family room). Neither of these remodels were what you would call “easy” and neither am I to work for(if you ask my husband!!). Ha!! Well - we all survived so that say’s a lot! AND we are VERY happy with the results! Donovan and his crew are so easy to work with, professional and talented! All remodels take time and patience (especially when you’re living in the middle of it) but they did their best to work with us and visa versa, it all worked out wonderfully. His office staff is very helpful too! Thank you Adrian Construction! Highly recommended!!

Adrian Construction remodeled our kitchen from the ground up in the summer of 2023. The quality of work from day one was fantastic and almost one year later we are still in awe of our new space. We absolutely love it.

We decided to hire Donovan and his team after our initial meeting with them to discuss plans and their course of work. We were immediately ready to sign a contract after Mr. Adrian emphasized how important communication was for his clients and team. True to his word, he contacted us every single day for the entirety of the project to give us a heads up on what to expect for the next and and/or following week. It was so helpful given our already busy lifestyle. We were always given enough time to plan accordingly if we needed to be out of the house for any length of time.

Every person who came into our home was respectful, courteous and friendly. They took care to clean up their work at the end of every work day and arrived on time every morning. It was fun getting to know everyone who worked here.

The quality of work and special attention to detail was great. My husband and I had some unique ideas for our kitchen that the team took extra care to make sure it was done according to our vision. If something seemed amiss, we worked together until it was right. Again, it cannot be overstated how happy we are with the end results even months later and it’s a treasure to come home and see the beautiful work every day.

If you are in the process of looking for a general contractor, look no further. This is your team and they are fantastic to work with.

Wow! What a professional company. My wife and I decided it was time to remodel our master and guest bathrooms, so we searched for contractors with excellent reviews in the Modesto area by talking to friends, contractors and reading online reviews. To say that we did our due diligence would be an understatement. Adrian Construction was the clear choice!

I have had some experience with a previous remodel, so I knew what to look for in a contractor. The estimator showed up on time and spent a couple of hours going over our remodel needs and the materials we wanted. Remodels can be tricky due to the fact that you just don't know what you will find when you start opening up walls. Our budget for this project was $35,000 and the estimate came in at just over $32,000. The final cost came to $34,496 due to some minor change orders and a mold abatement issue. You have to fix mold problems due to potential health issues!

Now to the quality of workmanship Adrian's crew demonstrated: They showed up on time and when they said they would be here. Practically unheard of in my experience. Demo was as clean as can be. Charles was the the primary demo person and he was fastidious in cleaning up each day. When it came to installing new tile in the showers, their tile guy, Joe, was simply an artist and we are loving it. Mike, the jack of all trades, installed our new vanities along with gorgeous granite tops, which he fabricated, and high end Hansgrohe faucets, a new bathtub and new sinks.

Donovan Adrian, the owner, visited the job site frequently to insure everything was proceeding as planned. By the way, Donovan is a perfectionist by nature and that is reflected in the superior work his people do.
I have run out of superlatives to describe Adrian Construction and the tradesmen who work there. Suffice to say, this company is the very best in the Modesto area and my wife and I are thrilled with our new bathrooms. I would recommend Adrian Construction unconditionally!

I would also recommend Premier Tile and Stone, which is owned by Adrian Construction, as a great choice when selecting materials for your project. Darcy, the manager of Premier Tile and Stone, was very helpful in this process and we couldn't have have done this project without her help.

They remodeled a bathroom for us and it turned out amazing. The staff and crew are absolutely top notch. Crew shows up on time and cleans up everyday, it's like they weren't even there. Special recognition to Rick and Eric for all their hard work and friendly disposition. Rick is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. Adrian Construction did an outstanding job on a floor tile project at my home in July. It was a big project, removal of old tile and installation of new - 2000+ square feet. They did a fantastic job of keeping everything as clean as possible and dust to a minimum during the removal. The installation and quality of work was impeccable. Already have them working on a project for my business and will definitely be using them for future projects at my home.
