I recently took possession of my flat at Peninsula Address One, Gahunje, Phase 5, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. The team at Peninsula has been exceptional from the start, providing timely updates on the construction and ensuring a smooth process throughout.

The building quality is top-notch, with a beautiful flat design, and the surrounding area is perfect—close to the Pune Express Highway and near the stadium, making it an ideal location.

I’d especially like to highlight the exceptional support from Vikas Pawar from the CRM team. He consistently kept us informed and went above and beyond to ensure we received possession on the auspicious day of Dasara. His politeness and dedication were truly commendable.

On possession day, Yogesh Kokare from the possession team was extremely helpful, assisting us with setting up water and electricity services. He made sure everything was running smoothly and was very supportive throughout.

Additionally, a special thanks to Avinash Markande from LIC Housing Finance, who helped us navigate the loan and payment process with ease. His assistance with documentation and clearing payments on time made the entire experience stress-free.

My wife is thrilled with the flat—the view is fantastic, and the construction quality is outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Peninsula Address One is truly the best place we could have chosen!

On 12 March 2023 we got the possession of our flat and the way they arranged the ceremony was awesome and beyond our expectations. They welcome us with dhol. They arranged snack for everyone and few gifts too. Felt overwhelmed. Process was smooth. Thanks Vikas , Jagruti & team for warm welcome.

About the builder: our experience was good with them. It got delayed a bit because of covid but throughout they were very supportive and responsive.

About the flat: loved the way they designed it. A bit of disappointment in terms of fitting but considering the budget flat I think its okay.

Society: it’s spacious and has ample amenities in it. So far its just phase-1.

All's well that ends well!
After a long long waiting period of 5.5 years, we have finally got possession of our flat in Address one. The welcome event was really heart warming, thanks to the team special mention to Mr. Yogesh. The flats are well done, the surrounding is spacious, good ventilation and light. Though the long waiting period made us anxious , looking at the flat, surrounding gives us joy . Thanks to the complete team of Address one.

I would recommend people to not buy or rent an apartment here.
As there are multiple issues with the society which are mentioned as follows:

1. No tenants are added to the society group so you will never know if there is any update.

2. You get water supply only twice a day that too for 2 hours only.

3. There are major electricity issues, some days there is no electricity for 9-10 hours. I have been staying here for past 1 year and i have actually faced this issue and lived without electricity in scorching heat and rains.

4. People who feel if this is a good investment its absolutely not, you should rather burn your money down.

5. The flats are new but the construction quality is so bad that there are constant leakages or seepages that happen automatically.

6. The walls are literally hollow, in the name of 1bhk the flats are smaller than oyo rooms.

7. Quality of the locks are extremely bad.

8. Quality of the doors and windows are bad too.

9. Multiple Network issues

10. Zero accessibility if you do not have a vehicle, you will never get a cab or an auto when needed.

11. So if you are a bachelor and planning to rent an apartment here, kindly dont.

12. If you are a person trying to purchase a flat here, save the money or invest somewhere else.

13. I have been lucky enough to have a decent owner who cares to reslove my issues but this place is not worth giving a try.

I wish google give me an option of rating a place at zero stars. And the reason i m living here is only because i prefer isolation and wanted to stay away from the city.

Finally gets possession of my flat. Although it's late, possession or delivery of flat is great by Mr.Yogesh. Great welcome along with band and gifts and aukshan(auspicious welcome). Mr. Yogesh & his team very supportive. Suggest all builders to follow this practice to make this as a trend. Customer will forget past bad experience with builder and CRM with this definitely.

Sir / madam when will you give possession 2019 se paise atake pade hain. Possession mil gaya. Homes are too small. Solar on roof and lot of dust all around.
