I hired Adar Builders to fix some stucco damage, and I’m super happy with how everything turned out. Vlad L. was the project manager, and he was fantastic from start to finish. I reached out to a few different contractors, but Vlad stood out because he was the most responsive and thorough, even though their price was a little higher than others. But honestly, the way he broke down the details of the project made me feel like I was getting my money’s worth.

Vlad was always quick to respond and kept me in the loop the whole time. I never had to chase him for updates, which was a huge relief. He explained everything clearly, and his attention to detail was obvious. His team was also great—really professional and careful to protect the area around the work site, and they cleaned up everything once the job was done.

The stucco repair looks awesome, and it blends in well with the rest of the house. They mentioned it might not be a perfect texture match, but honestly, it looks great. They even reinstalled the gutter, which was a nice touch I wasn’t expecting.

Overall, I’m really glad I went with Vlad and Adar Builders. If you’re looking for a contractor who’s reliable, responsive, and does great work, definitely give them a call!

My husband I a recently completed our total home renovation with Amit, Yoav and the team at Adar Builders and could not be more happy with the process. We met with many contracting teams and knew that Amit was the guy for us when he sat for about 20 minutes in our Master bathroom to try to figure out how to get my dream bath tub to fit inside it - the other contractors we met with just said it was impossible the moment they saw the space. This same feeling followed through the entire experience. Nothing was impossible or too big of a task for Amit and his team.

Amit gave us a timeframe of when the project would be completed when he started with us (4 months for our 2200 sqft home) and really stuck to it. I was nervous because the 4 months was close to our due date for our second child, but Amit made it happen exactly when he said it would.

Amit made himself available to my husband and I at any time, no matter the circumstance. I am not the easiest person to work with at times - I am very particular and specific, have very high standards for quality work, and Amit and the team exceeded all my expectations. Amit’s attention to detail, patience, speed and INCREDIBLE memory make him and his team an amazing choice.

My husband and I sit in our kitchen and cannot believe we have our dream kitchen - it’s the most beautiful space and I am excited to be able to entertain. And my Master bathtub, that none of the other contractors said was possible, makes me so happy every time I see it.

OK - So you are probably thinking, "How can this company only get 5 star reviews - these are not real." I would have thought so too, however, Adar Builders just completed a rather complex custom architectural door installation + stucco patch and paint of the entire exterior of my mid-century modern building in Silver Lake and I had the BEST experience with them.
Not only are they polite, patient, and knowlegeable, they are honest and fair. I have had a lot of experience with contractors involving non-standard as well as standard construction. I have worked with some of the very best - and stumbled along with some of the very worst.
Adar is a family business, they hire only the most responsible and honest specialists to work with them.
They were always on-time and realiable. Their communication was excellent. Their pricing was fair - and they stuck with the job until every little thing was perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
