Acute has a great engineering team and we use them all of the time on our custom homes. They are quick and efficient but most importantly do the job right. We definitely recommend them.

I've worked with Chris Yeates at Acute on over a hundred projects. New homes, remodels, additions, you name it. He's always very responsive and quick to get us revisions. When they are pushed out a little bit, he is always responsive and sets the expectations. Pricing is very fair - not the cheapest out there, but definitely not the most expensive. Super good quality for the service you're getting.

Chris is also sooooo helpful when it comes to value engineering. He has helped me save my clients thousands of dollars by making minor adjustments. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions about costs, materials and new products.

If you're a builder, architect, designer, draftsman, etc and you're not using Acute engineering, you should be.

Net net, if you are not new construction, they do not want your business. Quote from Chris Yeates, the owner "rennovations are a headache, we don't make money on them, and it's not something we are interested in as a business."

Pretty frustrating after spending two weeks pulling together a full set of house plans and initial drawings of the changes to be made, per their request after discussing with them a couple of weeks ago. If you're not a builder, save yourself some headaches and look elsewhere.
