My partner and I wanted to move to the Hampton Roads area and didn’t know anyone that could refer us to a good realtor so we took to google and really picked her solely on reviews. We spoke to a few people but from the beginning Weddy felt different so we took our chances and went with her. Best decision we made! Weddy was so patient with us because we started looking for homes then stopped because we weren’t sure if we wanted more than what we were initially looking for. A few months later we finally decided what we were going to do and Weddy got right back to work for us. As this was my first time buying a house Weddy became a huge resource. She gave her honest opinion to us good or bad. We trust her and plan on doing business with her again and definitely reaching out to her just for advice on being a new homeowner. Weddy Carter is an awesome realtor. Highly recommend her for your realty needs, whether it's renting, buying, or selling. I started renting from her years ago. When a valve burst in the house, Weddy maintained high communication through the whole process and mediated well between us, the owners, and insurance. At the end of my lease, she helped buy my first house. I was concerned that there wouldn't be many houses or they would be high priced because of the beginning of the pandemic, but Weddy assured me it was the best time to buy. She definitely has her finger on the pulse of the market. We closed right before the housing boom. Finally, when we moved overseas, Weddy helped sell our house. I've had the pleasure of working with Weddy Carter for the past few years and I must say, she has exceeded all expectations. From the moment I signed the lease, she has been nothing short of professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about my family and I experience.

Whenever I had a question or an issue, she was quick to respond, often within the same day, sometimes even within minutes. (I may be lucky on this one though she’s a busy woman.)The updates on maintenance issues or other issues are always clear, concise, and considerate.

There's a genuine effort to accommodate needs and schedules, especially during maintenance or inspections, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I've had. This was extremely important for me because my military schedule was very chaotic at times.
