Over the years we have had great experiences with our rentals. Last week I happened to get a flat tire right in front of their store and without hesitation they fixed my tire. I would have been stranded without their generous help. Thank you!!

I had the privilege of renting a staple gun from Alan at the Spanish Fork location this last weekend. I’d called in earlier in the day and talked to a girl who clearly wasn’t very familiar with the kind of tools I needed to rent. Despite the girl having written me up for a random nail gun, Alan jumped in, figured out what I needed and found a gun in their inventory that would get my job done.

Its become the new normal to deal with cranky employees with awful attitudes at most stores in recent years. Alan Hadlock thanks for being friendly and helping me get the right tool for the job! I’ll be sure to send family and friends to Alan when they need a tool or equipment rental.

Very impressed with the customer service, quality of equipment and how they handle issues. I have rented with Ace Rents for several years and today was the first significant issue. Our company unfortunately tipped some equipment over. I was impressed with how the issue was resolved and how they supported us completing our work with new equipment. (And fortunately the tipped equipment was unharmed). Ace Rents in Spanish Fork are honest and dedicated to their customers’ success. Alan demonstrated the true meaning of customer service yesterday. I'm in the middle of a project with some pretty critical timing for everything to work out right, and it all came to a complete halt when at the end of the day I realized I couldn't continue until I drilled a 2.5" hole through my concrete foundation. A couple years ago I rented a large yard tool from them and had a really good experience, so I raced over hoping they were still open and could help. Not realizing they had closed a few minutes earlier, Alan still came to the door and unlocked it calling me back as I was walking away. Instead of saying they were closed, he asked how he could help me. I explained what I was needing to do and having no clue what tool I really needed, Alan showed me a couple drill options that would work, patiently answered all my questions and then made sure I walked out with the best solution. I very much appreciate Alan's help. Ace Rents definitely had the right tool for the job. It's so rare to find someone who really cares about helping people as much as Alan demonstrated. I will definitely be back.

Over the last three years I’ve really enjoyed working with these guys but after my experience with them today, they just lost a customer. I’ve spent over $20,000 with them in the last couple years. Their equipment keeps getting worse and worse, and they charge more than any other rental place in Utah county and they don’t accept a Venmo debit card, which is really dumb because it behaves just as a regular debit card. But all equip rentals in Springville accepts Venmo and they are way cheaper price.
