The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. Larry Pettus was always available to answer questions and advise of how to improve upon presenting the home for sale. I had previous had home listed for two years with only two offers to buy presented. With Accord Realty the property was listed in January 2021 and an offer was accepted in February 2021.
Mr. Pettus worked well beyond what one could expect, There were property issues to resolve and he worked directly with third parties to resolve these issues. I highly recommend him.
