Submitting the application was simple. It's an Extreamly long application, I might add. This is my first time renting a place by myself. I was excited that I had found a place. My credit isn't great, so I have a cosigner. I figured that was a huge plus. After submitting my application, I emailed a short message(still excited), and they did respond quickly. Their reply was, "Please confirm your last 4 of your social." So I did, 2 days later. (Still excited ) I email saying I'm excited and what was the next step? It's been 5 days, but there's still no reply. Lil disapointed!

this is my first property management I have had the displeasure to be affiliated with. If you're looking for professionalism accountability, human decency look elsewhere, it's not here. Service issues not taken seriously, courtesy reminders for inspections are sent utilizing harassing language. I have asked several times to speak with management about issues but no follow thru.

I've been renting from Access Property for well over 15 years. I've never had a problem with anything not being fixed or replaced. The staff at the office is very professional and caring. I would recommend Access Property to anyone that's looking for a rental. I truly appreciate their screening process because it helps to secure the safety of it's tenants and property and everyone else. I don't understand why anyone would get on line and bad mouth any business because you didn't meet their criteria for residency. Be Blessed

Can raise the rent every year, but not replace the A/C unit as it goes out every single year. As well as rude customer service.

I realize it’s not my call to replace the A/C. I recommend you listen to the vendor who last year said that he was going to tell you it needed to be replaced which it still hasn't. Chances are it’ll go out again next year, unless it’s replaced. Your own employees last year said that the owner just doesn’t want to replace it. Because of high cost. I get it gotta keep the money in your pocket while people suffer.

I had put an application in for a property on a Tuesday, I fully completed application, They called back to verify my social and birthdate which was on application im sure. I called Friday to check status someone told me it was in process and they would call me when complete. Monday comes I get a denial letter, for application incomplete, unable to verify employer, unable to verify income, and 6 months of rental history. I emailed back responding that i did complete application and nowhere in there was option for me to upload pay stubs, and how they were unable to verify employer I been employed with for 8 years. I get a call back from Nelia Manesh, she tells me when email was sent and she needed to deny application since no response to email I check i see nothing, then I see it in my junk mail. I explained that I actually called Friday and asked on application status! And noone mentioned missing information. To add to that noone called me at all in reguards to it. I work and go to school fulltime, along with being a parent I am not sitting there all day checking my junk mail! SORRY!! She tells me I can reapply but need to pay fee again if property is still available, and I cannot send info now because it is disqualified now. That is an issue on her behalf work on your communication skills! You should have called and let me know your still awaiting response. Bad customer service. Cant imagine actually renting from them how terrible service would be.

We found a house on there website we really liked so my girlfriend and I decided to apply. We looked at the list of requirements and it was a little longer than most but I didn't see any negative reviews so we decided to apply. We spent the entire day gathering the necessary documents before my girlfriend went to take in the applications and documents. I would have gone with her but unfortunately I had to work. As the lady begins processing my application,(I believe her name was Tammy) she sees that my social security card is a copy. She refuses to process the application any farther until we get an original. Now, I understand it's there policy to only accept original but this same copy she refused to accept has been accepted by my high school, my college, the DMV, hospitals, every company I've ever worked for, every rental property I've ever lived at and many more. So I asked my girlfriend to have Tammy call me, she refused and said "it's not my job to call him" in a very rude way. She then began to have a very rude and negative attitude towards my girlfriend as she tried to ask for more information. I decided to call them myself and explain I've been using that same copy to get through life for at least 20 years without problems but I was just met with rude and condescending comments. We decided to just pull our application and leave.

Overall, the staff seemed like rude uncaring people and I would recommend that you avoid this place if possible. They will not work with you and have no sympathy. My girlfriend left there office crying and the staff did nothing but continue to be rude.

Response to owner comments: first of all, I'm not sure what Tammy told you but she specifically said to us both that she would only accept an original. Anything else is a lie.

Secondly, the card may not have a back but when my girlfriend left your office she took the copies you made of her card with her. YOU DID NOT COPY THE BACK meaning you would have no way of knowing what the back looked like once you filed them anyway. And as I stated before, the card has been accepted by multiple people on multiple occasions. If they could all read it, why couldn't your staff?

Lastly, I find it very insulting that would say she was simply being firm not rude. I work in a professional business setting where I deal with different people from different companies everyday. I know what firm sounds like. This was not firm. This was rude. As someone in charge of purchasing for the company i work for, if anyone from any of the companies I do business with were to speak to me as she did, I'd ask for there supervisor to have that person fired.

Although I'm glad you took the time to read an address my review, I find it concerning that you found no fault in your employees and blamed me for having a bad experience with your company. That's just another reason I hope people that read this stay away from you and your company.

Be careful when this company buys or manages the place you rent. Let's start with the price hikes I don't know why they raised the price twice in the past year they haven't added anything to compensate for a higher price. Another thing they want everyone to pay online which is totally fine with me, but other neighbors who don't know much about computers (older folks) have a hard time paying online. You can still send a check to them, but don't let it be late or they will start saying you didn't pay after a day. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with this if they were timely with their business themselves. I mean seriously one month to fix or replace a stove... mind you that they want to throw in a second hand stove from some thrift shop like come on... Plenty of other places not managed by this company that are cheaper and treat tenants with more care. Just stay away people!!!

I was charged for items left by the dumpster that had been sitting there before I had moved out. And I was charged cleaning fee of $200 when I cleaned everything from top to bottom. Even took a video of the apartment and none of that mattered. I will never return to a property management.
