I am absolutely shocked at the good reviews. It has been such a tough experience living here. While the location is prime and the management team was lovely, the building and units are poorly built. I lived in multiple units on different floors, and each one I had an issue with noise from the street or my neighbors. Other neighbors I spoke to have the same experience. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this. Overall, the rent amount and additional hidden fees were not worth it for me in the end.

Sad to say that I'm moving to another part of town, but living at Access Culver City was awesome!! It's a pretty small complex with a tiny gym but overall the living situation is fantastic. Location (if you know, you know), amenities, parking, staff (thank you to Danaan and Jose especially!!), the interior of the units are all great. Only downside is I have a feeling it will only get more expensive in the future so brace yourself!

Recently moved here from downtown/Little Tokyo about.a month ago and it was the best decision ever. Very quiet neighborhood yet still lively, and not to mention super convenient as well (10 min walk from Trader Joe's, Co-op Market right downstairs, 5 min walk to Culver City metro, etc). Leasing team is great as well and Danaan gave us all the info we needed to smoothly move in. Only downside is the gym is on the smaller side so it feels crowded if a couple people are using it at the same time, and it's missing a set of weights. Regardless, we are loving the new place!

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR LOVED PET TO THE CULVER CITY LOCATION!!! YOUR PET IS IN DANGER AT ACCESS CULVER CITY - MALPRACTICE AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE LAWSUITS!

Access Culver City found IVDD in my dog in February during an ER visit and they did not inform me of the IVDD findings - a degenerative disc and spine disease that can cause paralysis if not treated, and they never shared their records with me. Ahead of his life changing MRI and Spine surgery, they then called and cancelled at 3pm the day before due to an investigation into their own negligent practices from February. Their actions have caused my dog to become at extreme risk for paralysis and a malpractice, negligence lawsuit.

We have had the privilege of calling Access our home for over two years and have had a fantastic experience. The complex is very well-maintained, the staff is extremely professional and friendly (special shout-out to Danaan, Lili, and Jose), and the location is just perfect: within walking distance of downtown Culver (great dining, bars, and entertainment), next to metro line, and conveniently close to I-10 and 405. Highly recommend.

What a magical place here at Access Culver City! If you are looking for the perfect balance of luxe modern + comfy homey feel then this is your place! Although what has impressed me the most, for being in such a high class and sought after area of Culver City, is the incredible staff here! Particularly, Danaan! Ask for him! He makes you feel so taken care of AND gives you that extra bit of personalized attention!
You feel clean, you feel alive, you feel part of something GREAT here! The safety, the incredible technology, and the genuine feeling of being seen and heard here is what makes this place fantastic! Thanks so much Danaan and Access Culver City for being the best of the best!

After researching and visiting multiple apartment communities I chose Access Culver City and moved here in December of last year. I couldn't be happier with my decision!

The location is excellent. It's directly across the street from the metro, a few blocks away from I-10 and a 5-10 minute drive to the 405. A new fantastic shopping plaza called Platform is right next door which has many boutique shops and restaurants. Also, Access is walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife of downtown Culver City.

The apartments are spacious and have excellent modern amenities. I love the courtyard with its flatscreen TVs, grill, pool and hot tub. An organic grocery store is opening on the first level soon!

Ishma, Maggie and Michael make up the property management staff and they are top notch. They work very hard for prospective residents by providing tons of information and being very responsive. They went above and beyond to guide me through their application process as quickly as possible. Now that I am a resident they continue their excellent service by quickly dealing with any tenant requests, throwing fun events where residents can meet their neighbors and always communicating about things that are happening in the building.

This is absolutely the best apartment community experience I've had in LA. So go ahead and move here and you will be very happy that you did!
