Chad Wilson made our home buying experience very personal which was amazing. We had been looking for a home for a while when we were recommended Chad and he turned broken dreams into a dream come true. I recommend this company and Chad Wilson for anybody looking to buy a home and wanting the experience to be amazing, he treats you like family and gets excited with you through your home buying experience.

I have dealt with several local real estate companies over the last decade, Abstract realty is hands down the best to work with. Their agents go above and beyond to make the whole home buying experience extremely easy!

Agent lied nonstop . Would tell my wife one thing and me something else when we weren't together while looking at houses. He would advised us to stay away from 1 house (which was not 1 of his listings) because it might have foundation problems and was constantly trying to get us to look at something that he had listed and could represent both buyer and seller. Was very methodical in hindsight. Even went as far to tell us he really cared about us and didn't want us buy something that was in great need of repairs. Several folks tried to warn us beforehand about the agent but we looked the other Christian way. Boy did we get burned. Everything from mold in the ventilation system to sewage coming from up under the house. Electrical and plumbing issues costs us thousands and thousands. I will never use Abstract Reality or Dewayne Jones in particular again...EVER
