These rental people are awful. I was driving over an hour to see an apartment, and the entire time the rental agent, Eileen, confirmed my appointment, and kept in touch with me the entire time I was on my way. I got to the front, where we were meant to meet, and texted a few times then called because there was no response. She said "I'm sorry, the apartment has just been rented out". She did not tell me this, and in fact lied and confirmed the appointment, so I ended up driving over an hour and back for nothing. Avoid at all costs.
